Returns for full priced items only, items must be unworn, unwashed, have tag attached, and not be altered. In Store returns will receive an In Store credit. Online returns must be shipped to Tru Bliss Boutique, and you pay for postage at the point of return.

Wrong Item Delivered To You
Tru Bliss Boutique carefully packs and ships each item for our customers. However, if you receive the wrong item in your shipment, please contact us immediately.
Damaged Merchandise by Shipping Company
Tru Bliss Boutique takes great care in packing your items to prevent damage during transit. However, sometimes damage still occurs. Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt for any shipping damage. Any visual carton damage must be noted on the delivery receipt as “Damaged Carton” before signing. Make all claims directly with the shipping company. Damaged merchandise must also be reported to Tru Bliss Boutique within 24 hours of receipt.
Tru Bliss Boutique carefully inspects each item before sending it to you. However, if you find something wrong with your item, defective merchandise must be reported to Tru Bliss Boutique within 24 hours of receipt for claim to be valid. All returns of defective merchandise must be approved in advance by Tru Bliss Boutique, and we will promptly replace any defective item providing that it is returned to Tru Bliss Boutique within 10 days of date reported.
